Merino wool is self-cleaning and doesn't need frequent washing. If it is necessary, hand wash it and let it dry flat. (Read our blog post about washing wool here .)

We use plastic-free, recyclable materials and, where possible, deliver everything in linen or paper packaging.
Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. For Belgian orders, this may take a little longer.
You can return items within 14 days, in accordance with EU law. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
