Dispatch

At Moalie, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day. If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. You'll always find an estimated delivery time on the product page. If there's an unexpected delay, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs & delivery times

All packages are shipped with Track & Trace , so you can easily track your order. We ship worldwide, with fair rates tailored to your location.

  • Netherlands & Belgium: €5.95 shipping costs — free from €75
    Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Germany: €6.95 shipping costs — free from €100
    Delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Other EU (France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, etc.): €7.95 shipping costs — free from €150
    Delivery time: 3–6 business days
  • Non-EU Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway): €9.95 shipping — free from €150
    Delivery time: 4–8 business days
  • International (US, Canada, Australia, rest of world): €14.95 shipping — free over €150
    Delivery time: 5–12 business days

You'll receive an email with a Track & Trace link once your order has been shipped. While we do our best to deliver your order quickly, we can't guarantee a specific delivery time.

Returns

At Moalie, we understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite meet your expectations. That's why we offer a flexible returns policy:

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
  • You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs.
  • Return costs are at your own expense (guide price: approx. €7.25 within the Netherlands).

Register your return via info@moalie.nl . Make sure the product is returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

After receiving your return, we'll refund the amount within 14 days. If the product or packaging is damaged, you may be charged for a depreciation.

Exchange product?

Want to exchange a product? No problem! Contact us at info@moalie.nl . You'll be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of the original product.

Entered the wrong delivery address?

Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@moalie.nl so we can correct it before your order ships.

Information about warranty & returns

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund, including shipping costs. You are responsible for the return costs from your home to Moalie. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To register your return, please email us at info@moalie.nl . We will refund the amount within 14 days of notification, provided the product has been received in good order.

Return Exceptions

If the product or packaging is damaged, we may charge for the depreciation. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure proper return packaging.

Warranty

We care about our products and deliver them in top condition. If anything is wrong upon receipt, you can claim under the warranty. Under European law, we are liable for defects within two years of delivery. Please report any defects within a reasonable timeframe (preferably within two months). We will then arrange for repair or replacement.
