All orders are shipped with full tracking.

Processing & dispatch

Orders placed on business days before 18:00 CET are typically dispatched the same day. If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. You will always receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

United States — no duties or customs fees at your door.

All orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties and customs charges are covered by Moalie. You will never receive an unexpected bill upon delivery.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. You will receive a full refund including original shipping costs.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Sale items cannot be returned

How to return

  1. Email us at info@moalie.nl within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Ship the item back at your own cost using a tracked service
  4. Once received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as Moalie cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. If the product or packaging is damaged upon return, a deduction may be applied to the refund.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or colour? Please contact us at info@moalie.nl. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Warranty

Under European law, we are liable for defects within two years of delivery. Please report any defect within a reasonable time — preferably within two months — via info@moalie.nl. We will arrange repair or replacement.

Wrong delivery address?

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@moalie.nl or WhatsApp +31 6 15877104 so we can correct this before your order is dispatched.
