1. What makes Moalie baby clothes special?

At Moalie we only use the softest and safest materials for sensitive baby skin. Our clothes are made from natural, sustainable fabrics and are free from harmful chemicals such as toxic dyes and BPA.


2. Are Moalie fabrics safe for babies with sensitive skin?

Yes, our fabrics are carefully selected to be soft and safe for baby's sensitive skin. We do not use toxic dyes, and our products are nickel-free to prevent irritation from metal fasteners.


3. How do I know which size to choose?

On our website you will find a size chart to help you choose the right size. We recommend using your baby's height and weight as a guide.


4. Does Moalie also offer BPA-free products?

Yes, in addition to clothing, we also offer BPA-free baby products such as toys, so you can be sure your baby can play safely.


5. How can I pay for my Moalie orders?

We offer a variety of payment methods, including Shopify Payments, so you can checkout safely and easily.


6. What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery time may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.


7. What is Moalie's return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days. The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.


8. How do I care for my Moalie baby clothes?

For long-term use, we recommend washing the garment inside out at a low temperature. Do not use bleach or aggressive cleaning agents, and air dry the garment preferably.

Our merino wool products have specific washing advice to protect the soft wool fibres and to maintain properties such as temperature regulation. This wool is Oeko-Tex certified and tested for harmful substances.

9. What certifications does Moalie wool have?

Our merino wool is carefully selected and has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, which means it has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for baby's skin.

In addition, our wool meets the IWTO (International Wool Textile Organisation) guidelines for quality and sustainability. This way we guarantee that our wool is produced responsibly, without harmful chemicals, with respect for animal welfare and the environment.
