The benefits of double muslin (hydrophilic)
I love working with double gauze cotton , also called hydrophilic. This fabric consists of two thin layers that together create a light, soft texture. This makes a hydrophilic pacifier cloth ideal: it's breathable, lightweight, and absorbs moisture incredibly well. This also makes it perfect for use as a burp cloth over your shoulder. The natural stretch in the fabric keeps the cloth soft, even after repeated washing. A tip: don't iron the cloths. This keeps the fibers open and absorbs most of the moisture.
