Yes. Jersey is one of the softest and most flexible fabrics for newborns. It stretches with every movement, has no harsh seams, and feels warm without being too heavy. Ideal for the first weeks.

Which Size should I choose for a newborn?
Most newborns fit into Size 50 or 56, depending on their birth weight. Size 50 is designed for babies up to about 3.5 kg, Size 56 for babies up to around 4.5 kg. When in doubt, Size 56 is a safe choice — the leggings have enough stretch to grow with them.

Can I give the Petal Legging as a birth gift?

How do I wash the leggings?
Wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not tumble dry. This keeps the print and fabric looking beautiful for longer.

Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 1–2 business days shipping. For Belgian orders, this may take a little longer.

You can return items within 14 days in accordance with EU law. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Merinowool is self-cleaning and does not need to be washed often. If washing is necessary, hand wash is preferred, and lay flat to dry. (Read here our blog about washing wool)
