The sizes correspond to your child’s height. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: the waistband and cuffs accommodate the extra room easily, so your child can wear the trousers for longer.

Does the waistband pinch if my baby has a fuller tummy?
No. The band is deliberately wide, distributing pressure over a larger area rather than cutting in along a single line. That is precisely the difference between trousers that stay in place and trousers that leave a mark.
