Free guide: More peace with your baby
Free guide · 0 to 6 months
More peace with your baby
About daily rhythms, witching hours and changing sleep in the first six months.
Written by Daniëlle Kempers, neonatal nurse since 1999 and baby coach.
Do you recognise this?
- Your baby cries around the same time every evening, and nothing seems to really help.
- You keep wondering: are they hungry, tired, or is it something else?
- Just as sleep was starting to improve, your baby starts waking more often again.
- You see schedules everywhere, but they do not suit you.
That is very recognisable. A lot changes in the first few months, for your baby and for you. This guide helps you understand your baby better, so you have more support and confidence.
What you'll find in the guide
Practical, calm and honest
Reading the signs
How to recognise hunger, tiredness and overstimulation before your baby starts crying.
A rhythm that adapts

Sleep around 4 months

A fill-in page
A few days of noting what your baby's day looks like. No scores.
What this guide is not: a rigid schedule, sleep training, or a promise that your baby will sleep through the night. It is guidance to help you understand your baby better.

About Daniëlle
An experienced nurse by your side
I’m Daniëlle Kempers. I have worked as a neonatal nurse since 1999, and as a baby coach I support parents with issues including bottle aversion, restlessness and sleep. Drawing on that experience, I founded Moalie: baby clothing and accessories made from natural materials, with your baby’s comfort as the starting point.
My starting point is always the same: look at your baby, respect their signals, and give yourself reassurance without adding extra pressure.
