Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders from Belgium may take a little longer.
You can return items within 14 days, in accordance with EU law. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Merino wool is self-cleaning and doesn't need frequent washing. If it is necessary, hand wash it and let it dry flat. (Read our blog post about washing wool here .)
