"A newborn baby has spent nine months in a small, warm space. The transition to the outside world is significant. A cocoon that envelops them from head to toe brings back that familiar feeling — and you can immediately see how a baby calms down."

The Pointelle Cocoon is intended for use under supervision — during daytime naps, in the cradle or stroller. The fine Pointelle knit is airy and breathable, preventing overheating. For nighttime, we recommend a sleeping bag.

If you still want to use the Cocoon at night, we advise folding the hoodie inward so the baby lies on it, or placing the Snuggle under the armpits.

The first weeks are neurologically the most decisive.

Physical boundaries during this period support your baby's calm and development in a way that cannot be replicated later.

Merinowool is naturally more precious than cotton — the quality and impact justify this.

A Pointelle Cocoon that is well cared for can be passed on.

The Pointelle Cocoon is closed — you place your baby inside beforehand for full coverage from head to toe.

The Bobbie has a front opening that allows you to wrap your baby while they are already asleep.

Unsure? The Bobbie is ideal if your baby wakes easily from movement. The Pointelle is perfect as a resting place in the crib or stroller.

As a neonatal nurse, I've seen thousands of babies searching for the same thing after birth: security. The transition from the warm, familiar womb to the outside world is a significant one. In the hospital, we use boundaries to calm babies during medical procedures—they become visibly calmer.

The Snuggle Coco is the result of those years of experience. I sometimes call it "A Womb with a View." It's not a tight swaddle, but a cocoon that offers just the right amount of resistance while giving your baby plenty of room to move naturally.

Designed for peace and rhythm

  • Medically proven restraint: The shape is based on clinical observations. It gives your baby the feeling of being held, even when they're lying in their crib.

  • Fine Pointelle knit: Made from the soft merino wool you know and love from Moalie. The openwork pattern is lightweight, breathable, and gives the Snuggle a timeless, refined look in Beige and Camel.

  • Improved fit: The redesigned head opening ensures a safe, secure fit that conforms perfectly to your newborn's body.

  • Diaper changes without disturbing the peace: The Snuggle's bottom is open, allowing you to change diapers while your baby continues to feel the restraint. In the hospital, we prefer to change babies in pairs so one person can restrain them; the Snuggle takes over that role for you.

"The feeling of that safe first world."

"As a mother, you seek reassurance; as a healthcare professional, you seek results. This Snuggle offers both. The fit is just right, and the quality of the merino wool is noticeably superior. You can tell it was designed by someone who truly understands a baby's physiology."Annelies, Midwife & Mother.

The natural power of Merino

Merino wool is ideal for toddlers. It's naturally thermoregulatory, helping to keep your baby's body temperature stable. Thanks to the natural lanolin in the fibers, the wool is also self-cleaning; simply airing the Snuggle outdoors is often enough to maintain its freshness.

Take care of your Snuggle

To preserve the refined pointelle texture and softness of the wool, we recommend hand washing and drying flat. This way, the Snuggle will remain a cherished heirloom for generations.

Our pure merino wool and cashmere are so pristine that you don’t need to wash them before first use. The natural lanolin provides a self-cleaning effect — simply airing them outside in the fresh morning air is often enough to refresh the fibers.

If washing is necessary, do so by hand at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius using a wool detergent, and lay the item flat to dry to preserve its shape and texture.
