This romper has a zip that runs along the side. Place your baby inside, close the zip in one smooth movement, and fasten the snaps between the legs. No tugging, no cold tummy, no startled baby.

Does my baby need anything underneath?
At a normal room temperature, a bodysuit underneath is enough. If it is colder, a merino wool layer underneath provides extra warmth without overheating your baby.
