You will go home with practical tools and more confidence in what your baby needs. Which course suits you? Group course Great if you want to learn together with other parents, need an accessible first introduction, and prefer practicing in a small group. Infant guidance

From unrest to security Sometimes feeding or soothing doesn’t come naturally. Your baby drinks restlessly, cries a lot, or seems quickly tense. You have tried so much already, but you feel there is more going on. Baby coaching is for parents who want calm in the moment again, and confidence in what their baby needs. Schedule a consultation  Read about bottle aversion  How I help Bottle aversion Refusing the bottle, turning away, crying at the bottle, or drinking too little. We take the pressure off feeding and build trust step by step. More about bottle aversion Excessive crying Inconsolable crying, restless evenings, or the feeling that your baby has difficulty ‘switching off.’ We look at stimuli, signals, and what really helps. More about crying Regulation & tension A lot of tension in the body, easily overstimulated, short naps. We bring back calm with practical steps that suit your baby. More about regulation   My background I have worked for 28 years as a neonatal nurse with newborns and their parents. I bring that experience into my coaching: calm, careful, and without pressure. No standard checklists, but looking at body signals, timing, and interaction — so you regain control over what is happening. How does baby coaching work? 1. Intake We map out your situation: what is happening now, what has been tried, and what your baby has experienced. 2. Analysis You film one or more moments (e.g., feeding). I analyze signals, tension, timing, and interaction. 3. Guidance You will receive a clear plan and guidance to help you feel better step by step — for you and your baby. Would you like to first explore what fits? Then start with a consultation request. You will receive a quick response with the best next step. Go to consultation request  Frequently asked questions Is baby coaching also suitable for prematurity? Yes. Especially after a vulnerable start, feeding and regulation can be extra complex. We always look at the whole story and what your baby can handle. Do I need to have videos already? No. After your request, you will receive clear instructions. Often, one good moment is already very valuable. Is personal guidance at home possible? Yes. In the northern part of North Holland, home guidance is negotiable. We always carefully coordinate this with the situation, the support needed, and availability. Feel free to contact us to discuss what is appropriate. How soon can I start? Usually, I can respond quickly to requests. After your message, we will let you know the next step and what you can already do. Private nursing care In addition to baby coaching, I am available as a neonatal nurse in private situations. For example, in incubator aftercare, vulnerable beginnings, or when extra medical guidance is desired at home. This care is tailored and always aligned with the medical situation, the support needed, and the required intensity. More about nursing deployment
