Which photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the subject is large in the frame. A calm background helps. Ultrasounds work well too, even a regular 2D ultrasound.
Can I use an old photo or a photo of a deceased loved one?
Yes. A photo of a parent, grandparent, or a child you miss is all possible. Older, faded, or damaged photos can often be digitally restored first so that the face becomes clearly visible again.
Should I include the LED base?
No, the crystal also stands on its own. Engraving a name is only possible on the base.
What if my photo is not suitable?
We review every photo in advance. If we have any doubts, we will contact you before we create anything.
Can I return the crystal?
No. Because every crystal is made especially for you, returns are not possible.
