FAQs
Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders from Belgium may take a little longer.
You can return items within 14 days, in accordance with EU law. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Merino wool is self-cleaning and doesn't need frequent washing. If it is necessary, hand wash it and let it dry flat. (Read our blog post about washing wool here .)
At Moalie, we value your child's safety and health. That's why we only use materials that are Oeko-Tex® certified, mulesing-free, and free of harmful substances.
We use plastic-free, recyclable materials and, where possible, deliver everything in linen or paper packaging.
