About Daniëlle Kempers
Daniëlle has worked as a neonatology nurse for nearly thirty years. She has supported preemies who learned to drink via a tube, babies whose bottle refusal developed after prolonged medical treatment, and families who had been stuck for months without understanding why.
"Bottle refusal is rarely stubbornness. It is an honest reaction from a baby who has learned something. My job is to find out what that is — and together with parents create the conditions in which their baby can relearn that drinking is safe."
— Daniëlle Kempers, neonatology nurse
