Shipping

At Moalie, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 6 p.m. on weekdays, we try to ship the same day. If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. On the product page you will always find an indication of the expected delivery time. Should there be an unexpected delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs:

  • Within the Netherlands:
    • €5,95 voor bestellingen onder de €50,-
    • Free shipping on orders over €50
  • Outside the Netherlands: €12.95

Your order will be shipped via DHL or DPD and, depending on the shipping service you choose, your package will usually be delivered the next business day between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Although we do our best to get your order to you quickly, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery.

For the Netherlands, delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days, if in stock. For shipments to Belgium and Germany, the delivery time may be slightly longer, depending on the chosen delivery service. Should a product be out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days and provide an expected delivery time.

After shipping, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your order.


Returns
At Moalie, we understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Then you have another 14 days to return the product.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the package to us is for your own account. This usually costs €7.25 per package (consult your carrier's rates for the exact price).

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Make sure the product is complete and has no signs of use beyond what is necessary to evaluate it.
  • Returns can be notified via info@moalie.nl.

Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will refund the amount due to your account within 14 days. Should the product or packaging be damaged, a reduction in value may be charged.


Product exchange
Want to exchange a product? That is no problem! Please contact us via info@moalie.nl. The cost of returning the original product is at your own expense.


Wrong delivery address entered?
Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? If so, please contact us as soon as possible at info@moalie.nlso we can correct it before the order is shipped.

 

Information about warranty & returns

Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Return exceptions

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen from time to time that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or ought to discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
